This week T-Nation decided to break down an old article of mine in to some mini actionable ab training tips. So, if you're looking for a new way to hit your abs, today I'm sharing 3 nasty options with you.

I was also featured in a collaboration article alongside what I consider some of the top coaches in the world... Nick Tumminello... Christian Thibaudeau and Dr Jade Teta. Having looked up to these guys in the past it was an honour to share some internet space with them. "You can't prove that" is a brilliant read and shares some in the trenches insights that as a trainer/coach are invaluable.

You may have heard me talk in the past about how much emphasis I put on longevity within all my clients programmes.

While it's perfectly understandable wanting to see results fast, it should never be at the expense of your ability to train in the long run (the same goes for how sustainable your diet is too).

Training your hamstrings: 6 new exercises

It's that time of the year again where you bed in for the winter. Comfort food intake goes up while exercise intensity goes down - after all if you get a little fluffy, then your thick winter clothes can cover it up.

While that might be true it's also important to understand that summer bodies are built in the winter. Sure, enjoy a little more food. If you've got something more important to do, then go ahead and skip the gym. You need a life after all. 

Just remember the bigger picture - the way you want to look and feel DAILY. Not just for next summer, not for something to "start in January" (along with your other resolutions!), and not just for a few weeks out of the year.
