This article is fresh off the press on the Fitness Maverick website. I literally finished writing it 10 minutes ago, after spending the afternoon jotting some simple things down about core training. What was meant to start out as a short workout article only, turned in to a pretty comprehensive guide on core training, including a few rants and common abs training mistakes debunked.
