EXERCISE OF THE WEEK
You've probably tried an ab wheel roll-out, right!? Well using a stability ball for the same exericse can be easier for most. Whilst it's great for beginners it doesn't provide enough of a load challenge for more advanced folks. That's where the BEAR BALL ROLL-OUT comes in to play. Give this a go if you fancy something new and challenging to include in your core workouts.
