TFM WEEKLY NUT This week's highlights and best content in a nutshell
Supplements give you that extra 5% advantage. The other 95% comes from a good training and nutrition program.
I've therefore never understood why some folks spend £££ every month on their supplements addiction, yet complain about the cost of a gym membership. For the cost of a tub of protein powder you can also get a professional to write you a comprehensive training plan.
Why then spend more of your health and fitness budget on the 5%, than on the 95% just doesn't make sense. Supplement marketing and bold claims of course don't help.
My opinions aside, supplements are just that - they help to supplement a good training and nutritional approach. They can also help fill gaps where your nutrition or energy is lacking.
Today I thought I'd share some oldies but goodies. All you need to know about whey protein, creatine, and greens supplements. I've also linked in the article to a few worthy products that wont cost you an arm and a leg.
As always feel free to reply to this email if you have any questions or suggestions.
Yours in strength and health, Gareth
