Did you know that your rectus abdominis (six-pack muscle) is made of approximately an equal amount of both fast-twitch and slow-twitch muscle fibres. That means it's built for both strength, power and endurance.
That also means that those high repetition abdominal exercises you're doing, aren't as effective as moderate and lower repetition weighted exercises.
