Hey! Gareth here...      Just a reminder that if you need anything off me right now, don't be afraid to reach out.      In the meantime i'm in the process of curating a ton of exercises and workouts you can do at home, even if you have little access to equipment - I know the lead time on exercise equipment is very slow right now and you might be struggling for ideas.
