I created a closed Facebook group (link below) as a place for me to hang out, and share lots of tips and info, a well as interact with people that truly want to learn more, or need an extra hand themselves.
It's a place to learn, and a place to be inspired, as well as inspire others yourself. It's a place where you can share about your own fitness highs and lows, or just see others that do. I also do a weekly video answering peoples most important questions exclusive to the group. Hopefully i'll see you inside :-)
