No specific lower abs exercises in this video, sorry. But you ARE getting the secret to how you can make sure you're hitting your lower abs effectively EVERY TIME. It's all about the posterior-pelvic tilt (PPT). It's more simple than it sounds, so simple i'm explaining here using an ipad!!
