It's the newest issue of our monthly mini-magazine!
Thank you to all those that read last months, and thanks to your valuable feedback we decided to go forward making this a monthly thing, and aiming it at both women and men.
We're super excited to bring you this issue since we got together with a few other folks that know a thing or two about fitness and food.
Inside this month we've got interviews from a former Chef and Butler to the Royal Family, turned Personal Trainer and now living in Sydney. An Instagram powerhouse from the UK who's following is growing every day because he shows people how to make healthy food for less money. And we've got a Melbourne-based Personal Trainer who's the Head Trainer of one of the biggest F45 clubs in Australia. If you don't know what F45 training is then you should probably find out since it's thefunctional fitness class taking the globe by storm.
Of course there's also a tasty recipe you'll love, exercise ideas, and the wealth of knowledge and insight these guys provide from all areas of fitness.
