For example if you fancy mixing up your lower body workouts, doing these exercises could give your legs a good workout while helping out cranky knees:
A) Lumberjack Squat 3 x 10 (see article 1) B) Dumbbell Prone Hamstring Curls 3 x 12 (see article 2) C) Hybrid Glute Raises 3 x 12/side (see article 3)
