I've just finished writing something. It took me just 20 minutes to write, and it'll probably take you less than 5 minutes to read; but it's one of the most powerful things you'll read when it comes to ensuring your focus is in the right place, when it comes to your own personal fitness goals. I want you to completely forget about setting 'outcome' goals (this is what we ALL do), and instead shift your focus to the behaviours that you need to adopt. I'm going to show you why and how.
