EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT!
As some of you may know I've been working hard to put together one of the best lower body training resources EVER. It's not a cookie cutter training plan, but a comprehensive resource on how to select better exercises and build more productive lower body workouts. Specifically aimed at glutes and hamstrings. It's largely a resource for trainers and fitness geeks, and I can't wait to share it with you THIS COMING MONDAY! And, as part of my mail list you'll be one of the first to find out when it's finally released. I've spent a lot of time and money making this an amazing resource, so keep your eyes peeled!
