Jerk with 2 Count Pause in Split 3RM

Notes
The set must be completed in no more than twenty seconds total, from dipping to begin the first rep to standing fully with the third rep. Make sure the pause is a full two count.

Strength

Back Squat 3x3, use 70% of 5RM

Sport

1) Every 5 minutes for 5 sets:
5 Shoulder-to-Overhead, 205#/145#
100' Prowler Push, moderately heavy

2) 75-50-25 For Time:
Kettlebell Swing, 16kg/12kg
Squat
Pullup

Notes
Prowler: Should be light enough that you can keep it moving for the duration, but heavy enough that it's not easy to do so.
